If you’ve ever worked with continuous zipper tape/chain, then you know the process of measuring the length, attaching the pull, and finishing with top and bottom stops… having a Closed End Zipper allows you to eliminate several steps in the assembly process because it’s already finished!
18” inches in length, with black nylon tape and brass chain, these zippers are perfect for large bag and totes, smaller duffels and packs, etc.
***Because this is a Closed End Zipper, it is NOT ideal for jackets, chaps, or anything that requires the zipper to open completely, fully separating both sides of the chain.***
Fun fact: The Size # (or Gauge) of the zipper is the width, in millimeters, of the teeth (or Chain) when the zipper is closed. So, a #5 zipper chain has teeth that measure 5 mm in width, a #10 has 10 mm teeth, and so on.
